The loft is cozy, comfortable and was very clean. Françoise is an amazing host. The metro station is near and it was easy to reach every place of Paris. The neighbors are very quiet and the place was silent during the night. If you are going to see a match or a concert at the Stade de France you can reach it in 5 min walk.
The metro line 13 is very crowded in some hours of the day and night so be aware of it

Beautifully decorated, bright and spacious apartment, clean and cosy, with an attic hammock.
5 min to 2 metro stations :)
