SM Mellini Relais B&B

Friendly and helpful staff. Quite location. Good breakfast in the room and comfortable bed and shower

A little far from the train but most of the time we walked or took the bus

Everything, the location is perfect, close to pretty much everything. Very clean, comfortable place and amazing breakfast. You can practically order what you want as much as you want. Check in so easy and absolutely amazing. Mariana, the young lady receptionist, simply amazing,. We felt like being with family member, so nice, polite and kind. Other lady was also amazing, unfortunately didn’t catch her name and sorry about that. Mateo, he is such a friendly and welcoming person, always ready to help and always there for everyone.

There’s absolutely nothing not to like and this place will be our number one option for next time and number one option to recommend to everyone.

Location is good, some nice local restaurants and access to taxi's and buses is pretty good. Staff were overall very helpful and friendly with good advice about getting around Rome. They ordered us a taxi whenever we needed one. Beautiful room with a painted ceiling. Airconditioning was great considering the heat. Plenty of room for two suitcases and bags.

Breakfast is ok but not great. The breakfast service is inconsistent and we didn't aways get what we asked for. Sometimes we got too much and sometimes not enough. Getting access to the building initially was an issue as there is not always someone there to let you in and the lock has a workaround if it doesn't work right away when you use the code. After we checked in we were given a list of rules we had to adhere to which weren't a problem but at the point we booked these should have been made clearer as that is the point of the contract, not when they handed us the list. Knowing if we lost the single key we were given would cost 50 Euro was a bit stressful carrying the key around. We were never going to lose it but had no idea of this rule until we were given the list after we checked in. A contract is made at the point of payment, giving a list of conditions afterwards isn't ideal to us. No desk in the room to set up a laptop but there is plenty of room to do so. Fridge too small to put our own things. Reception desk outside our room, we can hear people outside the door from early in the morning and they could probably hear us too. Don't ask for Room 1.

Perfect location, beautiful room, fantastic bed. Friendly staff
