The hotel has a lot going for it: beautiful, spacious apartments, excellent facilities, three lovely pools, a great gym, very good food and a fantastic location for exploring Lisbon with children.

Unfortunately, the service consistently fell short of the 5-star standard and price. Throughout our stay, we repeatedly had to chase requests, correct billing mistakes and resolve issues that should have been handled by the hotel. Examples included eg being incorrectly charged for two bottles of wine instead of two glasses, or almost being charged twice for room service at checkout. Most concerningly, a member of staff entered our apartment despite the Do Not Disturb sign being on. The children’s playroom was also less convenient than expected due to its restricted opening hours. While the staff were generally friendly and the hotel itself is excellent, the overall experience lacked the attention to detail and seamless service expected at this price point. Rather than being able to relax, we often felt we had to manage things ourselves. With significant improvements to service and coordination, this could be a genuinely excellent family hotel.

Breakfast was great! Pedro Correa was very professional and provided exceptional service.

The property was perfect for what we needed! We stayed for two nights before flying out of Lisbon, it’s very close to the airport and super comfortable, service was excellent as well!

We had a little trouble with getting the room as cool as we prefer, but it didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. If you are planning to explore Lisbon it’s a little far out, but if you’re flying it’s excellent.

This was the third hotel during our trip (Lisbon- Chiado -> Lagos -> Lisbon- Oriente) and it did not disappoint! Our boys, ages 4 and 7, LOVED the bunk beds! Our room was fully stocked, including a combo washer/dryer which was convenient. The two pools, indoor/outdoor, were great. The EXCEPTIONAL review is a testament to the staff- those at check-in, those serving poolside drinks, and especially those in the restaurant. Wanted to give a special shout out to Tiago who made our last night's dinner unforgettable! I had inquired about the possibility of the restaurant arranging a Wine Tasting since getting out to do a Wine Tasting with kiddos wasn't very easy to do and Tiago went above and beyond, even did a Juice Tasting for the kids which was a huge hit! Would definitely recommend staying here!
