I liked everything about this hotel.
1. Location. It is situated very near to the airport.
2. The staff. They were very kind and helpful
3. Facilities. For that price we cannot expect such a spacious room with all facilities in the middle of Mumbai.
Cleanliness. The room was very clean.
I booked a deluxe room, but when they found that I would be staying only 12 hours, they gave me a suit room. It was very kind and thoughtful. I won't think about another hotel if I visit Mumbai again. And I will suggest this property to my friends also.

Clean and New property
We were first shifted to another hotel. When we said we will cancel the booking they said they can accommodate with an extra cost of INR 500. Then again when we started to fight, they agreed to the amount mentioned. Rest all were good. But this thing that happened made our stay a little worse. Otherwise I would have given a 10 rating.
