very close to the Tower and in a quite and safe place. It was easy to check in , I was in conact with the owner by mail. There are two separate rooms between them the good equipped kitchen and of course a separate bathroom. There were some water, milk and biscuits (free) in the kitchen. Thanks, very kind of her.

So when we arrived we were met by the host who we thought she was so lovely, the host made little extra efforts in detail like water in the fridge, little biscuit snacks and bits in the bread bin, this made a big impression for us, the host was lovely and welcoming with a great smile :) The accommodation was very clean and smelt nice , the beds were amazing they are some comfy especially the pillows. The accommodation itself looks like it’s a huge house which is being divided into apartments, upstairs was blocked off but downstairs where we stayed there was two apartments next to each other, there was no road noise so made for a good nights sleep… the only noise that we heard was a bit later on at night when someone else was checking in to the next door apartment ( I think they were also from the uk? Would love to meet them lol ) we were going to say hi but the bed was too comfy lol. We don’t have anything bad to say about the people checking in because they aren’t in control of the flights and it could of quite easily been us but what really did impress us is that even though it was late the host stayed to welcome them and give them all The information they needed… it was brief until they went into the apartment then you couldn’t hear anything ( nice thick walls). We thought the host may be renovating upstairs into rooms hence being blocked off but the building is so big we put it down to time and money. Outside the next door property is also getting renovated so a bit of building work going on however we understand this is out of the hosts control and when it’s done will look lovely to be next to, please don’t let this put you off as you can’t hear anything from inside the property and we thought it’s better to be next to a building getting renovated then next to something derelict l! Location is fantastic and wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

Not really negative just advice for others lol We made the mistake of booking our luggage in at the train station, walking to the tower ( 20 mins walk from the station in a direct line through the city) then going to find the accommodation… if we would of checked first the accommodation is right in the city and quite close to the tower, we forgot about the 10 euro city tax for the host to be paid in cash so ended up walking back to the station for our luggage and then going back to the apartment we got a taxi from the station to the apartment which cost 20 euros… the host did say we could leave the 10 euro the next day but we had to get it sometime… if you want to see the tower I’d go from the station to the apartment then the tower, at the tower be expected to be bombarded with Africans trying to sell you something on the street, there is a land train but that’s only for private parties! Close to the apartment in the city centre there is a handy coop style store reasonably priced, suggestion for the host :) outside the accusation there is a little bit of grass this would make a great place to have a table And chairs to enjoy the sun :) Be careful of the train station luggage drop off it’s 5 euros per bag and you don’t get 24 hours it’s from 9 am to 9pm the same day so if you don’t collect you are charged again! We found a great pizza and ice cream spot ( next to each other) Pizza teca, it’s about 1/2 way between the station and apartment. To the Host thank you for everything xx

Sicuramente l’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica e vicina al centro di Pisa raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Host Gentile e disponibile al nostro arrivo. Per il resto non direi che l’appartamento è confortevole né pulito. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una manutenzione in quanto è abbastanza trascurata. Il pavimento non era pulito, l’odore nell’appartamento non era buono, il soffione del bagno andrebbe sostituito, la mobilia abbastanza vecchia, uno degli asciugamani della doccia non era ben lavato.
