Great location and property!

We enjoyed our stay at the Indy Inn. The location is perfect for easy restaurant and beach access. The additional until in the back was very comfortable and provided a great space for extra privacy. The unit was very clean and organized. It also had nice kitchen upgrades and provided everything we needed. Evenings by the fire pit was a great bonus!

This property ended up being one of the most convenient properties we have ever stayed at. We brought a set of grandparents with us for the first time to the beach, and having the detached living space behind the property was very useful. We got to spend plenty of time as a large family, but also felt like we had some good privacy if they wanted to get some rest and we can be alone in the main house. The only issue we had was the front door was pretty tight, so we had issues opening/closing it and locking properly. We ended up just using the back door mostly, which didn't really bother us. Great place to stay, if we bring the grandparents back again or another group of friends, we will be using this house.

Perfect for our crew of five. My wife and I and our 15 year old stayed in the rear quarters and my stepmom and aunt stayed in the main house.
Great location in Mount Pleasant. 10 minutes to Sullivan’s Island and 10-15 to downtown Charleston.
Within 5 minutes from several tremendous dining establishments, namely Page’s Okra Grill.
Only hiccup is that the keypads for entry weren’t very user-friendly. It took us a few attempts before we figured out the procedure and we had one instance where we still weren’t able to get the front door open. I contacted Barbara, who responded immediately and told me they were having issues with the door expanding because of the humidity and had ordered a replacement.
My stepmom and aunt just used the back entrance the remainder of the trip and kept the front door locked from the inside.
All in all, a wonderful stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was super-convenient for everything we wanted to do during our stay.

This property was perfect for our family get away. We had plenty of space and the neighborhood was super peaceful.

Barbara was an amazing host and so accommodating! We were visiting for our wedding weekend with a group of people that were in our wedding party. This was the perfect house and the bonus little house in the back really set it apart from other homes we have stayed in. The back yard was a great bonus and you cannot beat the location of this home.

Great house! Lovely decorations. Seems like southern living magazine. Suite in the back of the house was lovely. Fenced yard. Lovely neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. Near the start of the bridge run.
Only downsides: tub in main house didn’t have a stopper, so child couldn’t take a bath. Blinds in the living room are see-through. So, if it’s dark and light are on inside the house- you can see. Ceiling in the laundry room is covered in bugs and cobwebs. Need bathroom trashcan for the house in the back. Key pad on the door isn’t as easy as others.

This was our first experience with a VRBO. My family stayed at this property for a special event at the Citadel. This property was super clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking, and the backyard grill and fire pit were great places for us to hang out with out of town family. The guest house was amazing and perfect for having a little extra space and privacy. The beds were all very comfortable.
Barbara was very easily accessible for the questions we did have. We will definitely be back to this property and would highly recommend it.
