We had an amazing stay for our all adult family. The HH Sanctuary well accommodated our large family. The large kitchen table seated us all and afforded us incredible views of LA. The city views are available in most of bedrooms with the patios providing access outside to enjoy, especially views. The beds were comfortable and bathroom linens were very nice. The home displays a number fun art items, some may not be suitable for kids. Our host Brad arranged easy access to the home on the first day and an easy departure on our last day. We’d love to come back four another stay at the HH Sanctuary.

Great property and the views were amazing!

House was great! The host was very receptive to inquiries and was available to assist throughout the stay.

A day before we were to check in I got a call that the place we had reserved was no longer available due to water damage and they were putting us in a different property on haslam terrace. That property was very very nice on the surface. Looked like it should be in an episode of MTV Cribs or something. But underneath the surface there were just so many issues:1. One shower only put out scalding hot water, no cold.2. Another shower was clogged and caused water to leak into the kitchen below3. Yet another shower had issues where the rainfall head could only put out cold water while the wand could do both hot and cold.4. One TV was smashed5. There was some machinery on the roof cycling on and off all night loudly every night. Very disruptive to sleep.I raised these concerns to the manager over text and didn't get a response till after we had checked out.But - the place has a nice view, was clean and secluded, and looked pretty awesome as long as you ignored the various issues. So I'm giving an overall 4* rating.
