The property cleanliness was amazing, the pool crystal clear. The house is furnished beautifully and the space is great for a big family. Washer was broken but they said they could not fix until we departed so we left with heavy luggage. Other than that it was amazing!

This property was clean and very spacious. The Captain Planet room with the 4 tvs and 2 tvs removed but this was NOT an issue for us. The hot tub was wonderful the back patio very large. But as other reviews on other sites, theres electrical issues with power outlets not working upstairs bathrooms. The property management did come and stated repairs had been made in kitchen areas but appears this might be a builder issue. We used hairdryer in downstairs bathrooms instead.

This past week, about me and 20 family and friends stayed at the Storey Lake Community for a fund week in Kissimmee FL. This was a bad experience as first I did not get the lease until 30 minutes before I got to the property for check-in. This was a problem as I paid for the weekly rental 6 weeks in advance. Then there were 2 broken beds out of the 9 bedrooms, 2 broken steps, a broken refrigerator and numerous other issues. The refrigerator was replaced with a much smaller refrigerator as an additional place to put food in. Nevertheless, this replacement had bugs coming out of it. It seems to me that with all of the issues the Management Company wanted to just get off the phone. Eventually, the GE guy came in the evening on the last day of our vacation. Overall, I give this experience a 4 out of 10.
