Absolutely loved this humble abode! I was looking to move into the area and this is probably the best spot since it is right in the middle of the neighborhood.

Nice little place to stay near downtown.
House is cozy and Colt blue not much local activity in the immediate area. Comfy bed, excellent showers and water pressure. Kitchen amenities could use an update.

Working in downtown for a couple of days. House was clean, beds comfortable, and host was available to answer questions. The surrounding neighborhood is the only downside. Would definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this home for our weekend stay in Indy. It was both of our first times getting to experience Lucas Oil Stadium for the game and having this home so close was so convenient. It was very clean when we arrived, everything was easily accessible and perfect. We will definitely do this again!

Nice place for us to sit and relax. We attended a concert at Gainbridge location was great. Nice mall and food choices a short drive away. Overall we were happy with our choice.

The property was very clean. Quit neighborhood. Definitely near every thing downtown with just a 5 minute drive. The only thing I didn’t like was those lil nats everywhere. I believe it was probably because of the mulch and bushes around the property. And inside the home it was nats coming out the kitchen sink(garbage disposal). That’s the only thing I would say could taken care of better with the home. But all in all it was a great place to stay at a great price!

Wanted to have a place to stay for a family trip to Indy. Overall the house was clean and worked well for our needs. Only complaints are the beds were squeaky and the couch not super comfy, but we didn’t use the couch much anyways. A good place to stay for a place to rest your head when you’re out and about in Indy!

Very cute and accommodating stay. Lots of space and great amenities. Very clean. Only issue was fruit flies that eventually lessened after a few days. Would definitely stay again! Great location close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Highly recommend.

Nice overall spot the host allowed earlier check in 10am comfortable bed plenty of room. No bowls no hot water from kitchen sink. Im sure it's a minor issue.

Overall it was a nice and clean home. There were no instructions on how to operate anything. Fireplace did not work. Overhead light/fan in the living room did not work. We had to Google to figure out how to lock the door when we left because we did not feel comfortable waiting for the door to automatically lock.

Nice house for our stay. Property manager was very responsive also. We had no problems. Neighborhood did not bother us either. We walked to park and restaurant around the corner. People were nice.

Cute house and was perfect size for the week. We would stay again. Gnats and ants became frustrating after a week. Master bed squeaks so we had to sleep in white room which is comfortable but small for a couple. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe but it was not the best part of town. Location is ideal and close to all the activities we had planned. Check in could have been better and not right at 4pm but overall a good experience.

This house is perfect for a weekend near downtown Indy. 5 of us stayed comfortably for the weekend. The host was very accessible when I had questions.

This home is a gem. The location is walking distance to the Lucas stadium and downtown. It's larger internally than it looks. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. I would use again.

Comfortable beds and very clean. Neighborhood is rather run down but seemed occupied by families and working class folks and not unsafe. Felt comfortable walking around and was quiet in the evening. Found a nice Mexican grocery store/restaurant a couple bocks away we really enjoyed.

It is a very cute little house that is decorated lovely. It was in a nice location as far as being able to access downtown easily since we were going to the convention center. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but it has a nice corner lot. It suited us as a family well and it was nice to not be cramped in a hotel room during our stay since we have 4 kiddos. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. A negative I would say is that it wasn’t cleaned as well as we would have liked mainly the floors but overall we had a nice experience.

Communication was awesome and direct. There’s nothing to complain here about. You get what you see. House was of good quality. Neighborhood on the surface may look sketchy but after a walk around the block with our dog we realized everything was safe!
