Overall, this was a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay — but a few friction points worth noting for future guests and management.Check-in Process: My biggest frustration started weeks before arrival. I had been in communication with the property management company about an early check-in, and was told it "should not be an issue" with confirmation coming the day before. That confirmation never came, and on the day of arrival we were informed — just hours before our scheduled check-in — that early check-in was available for an additional 200 fee. This was never mentioned in any prior communication, and given that we were coordinating travel, deliveries, and arrivals, the last-minute surprise was genuinely stressful. Clearer upfront communication about fees would go a long way.Pool Water Features: To activate or deactivate any water features, guests must message the property management company through the app and wait for a response, which could take hours. One of the features was quite loud, and not being able to control it independently made for an inconvenient experience. Guest-controlled toggles (even a simple switch) would be a significant improvement.Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was missing some basics — no aluminum foil, no serving bowls or platters, and very few garbage bags. For a property marketed toward longer stays or groups, these small items make a big difference when cooking and storing food.

Property was clean. Back yard and amenities were great. Overall we had a great stay and vacation. Location was perfect. A few recommendations: Kitchen lacked Keurig machine, utensils and cooking pots. Pool features did not turn on via remote timer as indicated. No full length mirrors.

Great house! We had multiple generations in this house (1 year to 80!) and I thought it would be too tight but the beautiful outdoor area made it feel spacious. The back yard is better than the photos (there is always a shady spot to sit no matter what time of day), the location was great (I went for a run right out front door and along the canal daily), the AC worked well and the beds were comfortable. Also, the rental agency was easy to communicate with. We would come back again.

This property is owned by property management company and not an individual owner. Property is nice and in a convenient location to Old Town Scottsdale but I did not get the welcoming home feeling. Cheap paper products provided for a couple days only as a starter pack. Jacuzzi jets had to be turned on remotely by calling the property management team. The few times I called them I was told they tried to call me but they said they were sent directly to voicemail. I never received calls from an AZ area code or left voicemails so all communication was via email.
