The cleanliness and the size of it. We loved it.
The stairs going down to where the laundry room was. Need something to alert you that they are there.

Great location that is within walking distance to shopping and dining and nightlife.
Nothing I can think of.

The house was nice inside.
The location isn't ideal. We tried to go to the beach in our spare time, but it was hard to find a place to park for the beach and we didn't get to go. Our trip was for a gymnastics meet at Tropicana Field. It worked well for our needs.
