Our host Francesco was amazing helping us with speaking to people in Italian with our issue of our luggage not arriving from Heathrow Airport

Superb location with wonderful views just outside.
Comfortable, good sized towels, very clean, good sized fridge /freezer
Limited kitchen crockery/glassware (only 3 wine glasses for 4 guests), small cups etc

Really well decorated space! We loved chilling with the music system. They also provided laundry service which is so awesome! Francesco was really helpful, responsive and nice. The house had everything you would need
We only used the bathroom downstairs and it didn’t have ventilation so the bathroom fogged up quite abit and felt really damp.

The apartment is located in an extremely beautiful, authentic little town/village. Not only that, the village also has some very good restaurants 1-2 minutes away, for example Daria. Pienza and Montepulciano are easy to visit by car.
Only minor details. The kitchen could have somewhat more cutlery, and the toaster didn't work well. The shower downstairs needs checking.
