Very nice lady who owns the place. She upgraded us for free to the biggest room with three beds (one twin bed). She also cook breakfast everyday which was included. She helped us book transport to waterfall and slow boat to Huay Xai. She also give us very detailed information about things to do in Luang Prabang and where. It was also very inexpensive.

It was very lovely, the family were so sweet and such a great price for what you get. The room was comfortable, a great location walking distance from everything. The lady running the place was a great host, allowing us to keep our bags there for a day whilst we waited for a bus. She was very helpful and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was lovely too. Really recommend this place to anyone visiting Luang Prabang!
