The pool was great on those very hot Florida days. Close to attractions.

The grass was over a foot high throughout the property. The bifold screen in front of the sliding glass door for pool missing the left side screen. It was standing up in the laundry room broken. Had to use cover for privacy. Some of the tile floors were stained and dirty. Some of the a/c vents were dripping water. The refrigerator was @ 43 to 45 degrees. I wondered why there was a small fridge in the front room. Couches ( 2 futons) were extremly uncomfortable. There was no dishwasher even though house instructions say rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. There was absolutely no pool furniture to sit on. Only 1 tv in living room. Other bedrooms were wired for tvs but none there. It was definitely not worth the price we paid.

The pool has no heater☹️ and the house smelled like cigarettes when we arrived.Other than that it’s a Confortable little house.

It was very nice I would definitely stay there again very clean perfect location for me for the time I was there loved it felt very at home

Had some issues with the sink in the kit leaking but they got it fixed right away for me
