The instructions were very good and detailed. They closely followed up with you to ensure all went well.
There were several steps in the retrieval process which is understandable but when you're coming in from a long trip it can be more work than you'd like.

Great views of the city from the windows and the apartment was lovely. Staff were very friendly with great communication and really helpful. The location is slightly outside of the centre where a lot of the movements are but everything is walkable and it’s very near to the metro!

Lovely apartment, incredibly spacious and comfortable. Perfect location to walk around the 2nd and neighboring arrondisements, close to Montorgueil - fabulous cafés, boulangeries, restaurants, and markets. Metro station is just around the corner, made traveling around Paris a breeze.
