Room Eleven

Ottima posizione praticamente in centro a Firenze.

Location is amazing, room was clean, air conditioner was a godsent.

Shower cabin door cannot close properly and leaks, slippery hazard but wasn't really a big issue.

The property is perfectly located right near the duomo and not far from Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio as well as some great trattorias and bars. Can't fault how good the location is. It's passable for a cheap stay, but it's basic.

It's quite basic. There is no kettle or fridge in the room or even a desk/chair, it's literally a bed in a room. The check-in instructions were incorrect and the switch to open the gate did not work leaving us locked out for about 30 mins at 11pm until us (and another set of guests staying upstairs) figured out how the gate could open without the switch. Property owner non-responsive when asked for assistance via whatsapp as well. The key for the outside door also did not work so needed to call every time you wanted to enter the property. Finally, the bedding was dirty and there was only one set of pillows.
