Manque une paroi de douche pour éviter l’eau dans la salle de bain. Le matelas n’est pas très confortable, on peut ressentir les ressorts.

"I have been interested in visiting some museums, but I haven't had the chance yet. The location of some museums seems questionable, especially at night and early morning. On the other hand, I had a great experience at a restaurant. The staff was lovely, the coffee was good, and the restaurant atmosphere was nice. However, the menu is quite expensive with pasta costing 18 euros."

I booked a four-night stay at a hotel and initially, I was satisfied with their service. However, it started to deteriorate over time. There was an issue with my room. The hotel is located in an area that is questionable with a keypad system and due to an electrical problem, I couldn't access the keypad to the main entrance door and was locked out for quite a time with the disenfranchised. On the third day, I had the displeasure of meeting the manager who had a poor and aggressive attitude thereby offering a full refund but I was given an ultimatum to check out within one hour.... Disgraceful!

Ήταν λίγο άβολο ότι η ντουζιέρα ήταν μικρή και με διαχωριστικό τζάμι μόνο από τη μια μεριά, καθώς έτσι κάθε φορά που έκανα ντουζ γέμιζα όλο το μπάνιο νερά

Le confort de l hôtel et sa propreté. L amabilité du personnel.

La localisation c est assez loin du centre 25 minutes à pied. Le quartier n invite pas à sortir tard le soir même si je ne me suis pas sentie en insécurité. Petit déjeuner très basique et pas la possibilité de dîner au restaurant.

Πολύ καλό στρώμα, μεγάλο κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια. Ωραία συσκότιση, μεγάλο μπάνιο. Μεγάλη τηλεόραση και αρκετές επιφάνειες για να ακουμπήσεις πράγματα. Ο θόρυβος από τον διάδρομο περνούσε εύκολα στο χώρο.

Ωραίο το ντουζ, αλλά τα νερά δεν απομακρύνονταν λόγω απόφραξης προφανώς. Στενός ο χώρος γύρω από το κρεβάτι. Το ψυγείο δεν άνοιγε διάπλατα λόγω της στενότητας. Οι λάμπες που κρέμονταν από διακοσμητικά σχοινιά από ο ταβάνι ενοχλούσαν λόγω χαμηλού ύψους

Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά στο σταθμό της Ομόνοιας Καθαρός και περιποιημένος χώρος με ωραίο σχεδιασμό Άνετο κρεβάτι και ντουζιέρα

Το σιφόνι στη ντουζιέρα ήταν βουλωμένο, με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να λιμνάζουν και να αργούν να κατέβουν

Hotel seems very new ~everything is cleana and nice. Very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Good location as well.

Not much actually

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy modernas y la habitación grande e impecable. El trato del recepcionista Laliamos konstantinos fue excepcional, fue muy atento y amable. Respondió a todas nuestras preguntas sobre el viaje e incluso me envió por correo un objeto que había perdido al dejar la habitación. Este objeto tenía un gran valor sentimental y agredezco que al contactarlo nos informara inmediatamente que lo habían encontrado. La atencion es 10/10. Muy recomendado!

Aunque la ubicación es céntrica y el hotel está muy cerca de los principales puntos de la ciudad (barrio Exarcheia, plaza monastiraki, plaza omonia, etc.), me impresionó la cantidad de drogadictos por la zona. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema.

Quite convenient location . Close to transport services. All amenities provided. I had a comfortable stay.

Hôtel totalement déshumanisé : vous ne trouverez personne à l'accueil, l'entrée dans les lieux se fait de façon dématérialisé, vous recevez un code par message. Vous ne trouverez personne non plus au bar du hall. Si vous n'avez pas de personnel en physique ne mettez pas un bar dans ce cas, sinon on a juste l'impression d'être dans Shining. Les murs de la chambre sont un peu sales et défraichis, la petite lucarne qui sert de fenêtre était poisseuse (oui ne vous attendez pas à avoir une vue, on m'avait vendu un balcon personnellement) et elle est couverte de trace de doigt gras. Le lit n'était pas confortable et ne comportait qu'un drap, aucune couverture dans les placards et personne à l'accueil à qui en parlé. j'ai donc eu froid sur ma petite paillasse.

Small, but very cozy rooms with modern bathrooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.

B21Residence provided a fantastic experience from start to finish. Its prime location in Athen allowed easy access to attractions and amenities. The room was spotlessly clean and inviting, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The lady staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Very clean room, comfortable bed and nice new bathroom with quality installation. The shower was great. The host is also very friendly. Metro station is a 7 min walk, psirri and monasteraki districts are also in walkable distance.
