We had a fantastic stay in Capertee. The location is genuinely stunning; wide valley views, beautiful light, and a real sense of space. The property was cosy and comfortable, with fires going inside and out in the garden, which made the evenings especially relaxing. The wildlife around the property was a real highlight. We saw wombats, goats, kangaroos and plenty of birdlife moving through the area, which added to the calm, natural feel of the stay. Susie and Craig were great hosts; helpful, thoughtful, and full of practical local tips that made exploring the area easy. We didn’t want to leave and would happily return.

Beautiful location, heaps of blankets to keep you warm, wonderful log fire and all the candles were an extra special touch that made it extra cosy

We couldn’t get the oven to heat up properly but it really wasn’t a problem

Loved the location. The quiet and being far from other people. The fireplace was a highlight and the view relaxing.

The seating furniture wasn’t very comfy but the beds were.
