Quiet. Clean. Owner responded immediately when a small problem came up.
Definitely would come back.
No pool
No boat dock

beautiful landscaping that offers privacy and, indeed, attracts monarchs; expansive, screened in porch;
hot tub; great central location; very clean
no beach chairs or umbrella as listed on Booking site (and we looked high and low); problems with electrics: kitchen under-the-counter lighting not working, bedroom outlet multiplug adapter fits loosely and keeps coming out; no mirrors in bedrooms; only one small packet of laundry detergent (we bought more); iron would be nice

The location was brilliant for all the main attractions.
The garden was stunning and full of nature. Saw my 1st humming bird!!!!
The starter basket was a lovely touch and much appreciated. A quirky and delightful holiday home. We were very cosy and comfortable there.
