bed was comfortable, shower was perfect, gas stove - which I prefer, assigned parking, able to open windows.

Lots of stains on carpet, toilet had not been cleaned (under seat).

The location is amazing for where I needed to be. The flat is also a good size.

The flat is looked after by Nestify a property management company - I have no idea who George Henry is! They were made aware of all the problems below over the phone and in writing with photos as they requested but have never replied or acted on them during my stay. The flat is dirty - stained carpets, dishwasher was full of dirty plates, broken cups/glasses - no matching crockery, burnt saucepans so could not cook, greasy cooker-hood, lamp with plug cut off of it, the taps are plumbed the opposite way in the kitchen so you think you are putting your hand in cold water when it is really scorching hot, had to hoover the sofa before sitting on it but still got bites from it (pet stuff in one of the cupboards so guess it is from that), used toiletries in the bathroom, somebody’s clothes in the wardrobe. No where to plug a hairdryer in near a mirror, fan in bathroom not working. I sent them photos of all of the above as they requested but did not get a reply. They do not answer the phone, again have call logs to prove this to show the number of times I tried to reach them. They charge a £90 cleaning fee which is scandalous with the state of the flat. I advised them that other residents know the key box code and they just said it is a risk we have to take! The car park directions are wrong, thankfully another resident helped me. No parking permit available so had to make alternative arrangements, given a code to use which was invalid and would have meant a hefty fine if I had used it. Permit arrived at 6:30pm on our 4th night out of 5, which by then I had made alternative arrangements. The cleaner that dropped it off insisted on entering the flat and taking photos of it in various location and looking in cupboards - not sure why and a true invasion of privacy. This could be an amazing flat if it was cleaned and the kitchen kitted out properly.
