The location was very close to the Russell theater or our event was. It was available on the day that we needed it because a previous reservation was messed up and we did not have a place to stay for the night.
The only problem my mother had was she's a big TV person and the remote did not work but other than that everything was wonderful.

We loved the location, the ease of check-in, and the property manager Heather was amazing from start to finish.
The only thing I can think of is not knowing how to operate the television.

Breakfast was amazing. Ms. Missy felt like family after about 10 minutes.
Nothing. I loved it all.
