The breakfast available to purchase was good.
The house and surrounding area was really nice.
The property was nice and clean
There is a rooster on the premise that is very loud at all times. Not as nice of a view as indicated. A hat was lost during our stay. Blankets are small.

Nice staff (Daniela was great) and decent food.
somewhat hidden - have transport arranged and make sure the driver waits on the correct airport. (we arrived in Arusha, out driver waited at JRO). But everything worked out in the end
