Great location, house was perfect for 5 adults and 3 kids and a quick weekend getaway! Perfect way to ring in the New Year.

We rent a house every year for Thanksgiving and this house was the cleanest we've stayed in. It was a great size for me, my husband, and 3 adult children. Since we go at Thanksgiving, we don't leave the house for any sight-seeing so we always look for a house with lots of things to do and this house had plenty included. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a short getaway to visit mammoth cave national park. It was a great little house with all of the amenities taken care of and nicely decorated. The kids really enjoyed the games, air hockey and hot tub! It was about a 40 minute drive to the park, but it seemed quick. We found it a little strange that the bathrooms in the bedrooms didn't have doors, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was perfect for our trip.

The house is beautiful and very cozy. Nights by the fire pit with family was wonderful. Checking in and out was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. My wife and her best friend loved the hot tub. An excellent getaway. The only drawback was the steepness of the driveway. My 83 yo mother never fell, but the risk exists. Not sure how to fix it, but that was the only drawback. Otherwise, an excellent stay and location. Easy to get to Bowling Green and surrounding areas... Thank you for allowing us to check in early!

Perfect home on Barren river lake. Three fhoors with multiple gathering locations and a huge patio off the bottom floor with a great hot tub, a solo fire pit, and a huge table and chairs. Everything you need for a great stay was included. The host was very easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommend

Our host and the property were pleasantly more than we expected. Check in/out were super easy. The host contacted us before check-in with helpful additional info, and contact info if we had any questions/requests during our stay.
The property was beautiful, fully furnished, comfortable beds, and other thoughtful things throughout the property that made our stay memorable. It offered privacy, luxury, and easy access to a lake cove for fishing. We loved the outdoor space with a firepit and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this rental property and host for a great getaway to the lake or just to unwind for a while. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Very impressed with the farmhouse beautiful place was very clean, had everything we needed with plenty of room for our group of ladies. Loved the addition of hot tub, fire pit area, and air hockey to play! Our host even had a few extras like laundry detergent pods if we needed to wash anything and the most important..coffee! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I get together with our 3 grown children and their spouses every July. We all live no more than an hour from each other and see each other often, but it is fun just to get away with them without other family members. We always have a great time. This was a perfect place for our get together. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

This property was very nice and provided a great location for some of my closest friends and I to celebrate my birthday. The residence was very clean and provided a number of amenities that made the stay an overall 10/10 experience. The residence is conveniently located near the marina and 15 minutes from plenty of restaurants. We would certainly recommend.

Very relaxing experience. Enjoyed being on the lake also lounging in the hot tub. The house was very spacious allowing me to also enjoy my solitude. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!

The lake house was perfect for our July 4th getaway. Two single moms and 3 boys, this house gave us exactly what we needed. Plenty of room, entertainment for everyone and easy access to the lake via the dock in the cove. We brought kayaks and fished and floated in the lake. The fire pit and hot tub were huge bonuses. The property also had plenty of things to make us feel welcome. Coffee bar and toiletries were the cherry on top. We will be back!

This house is perfect! Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights. We had another family of 4 join us for 2 nights. The house has everything you need. We had kids from 5-12 years old and everyone had a blast. We spent the days on the lake and the evenings hanging out at the house, playing air hockey and enjoying the hot tub. The house is perfect with common areas to hang out as a group but also space to spread out. The driveway is steep but we were able to park 2 trucks with 4 wheel drive and 2 fishing boats and got in and out of the driveway without issues. We are already talking about staying again next summer!

The house was perfect! There were lots of essential items that made the stay a little easier. (Coffee and supplies, hand soap, trash bags, etc..) Katy was very easy to deal with and texted me the day of our check in to let us know we could check in early which was really helpful. Only two negatives… The driveway was steep and could be difficult for some. The second was the lack of doors to the bathrooms located in the bedrooms. These would definitely not keep us from staying here again though.

Bedrooms spread throughout the house that gave privacy. Great well planned gathering areas. The walk down the hill through the woods just long enough to give the little ones an adventure. Personally, I was astounded at the supplies left for us, and even a little extra treats for the children. Keeping this one on our list for VRBOs

The house was just as advertised, and the owners clearly are happy to provide eveerthing you need for a perfect stay. The hot tub is wonderful, they have a firepit out back, and its a short walk down to the lake.
The only words of caution: the driveway is very steep and currently gravel. Our minivan made it up the hill, but only after kicking the family out to relieve some of the weight.

Loved the house! Hot tub was great after a full day of travel! Great communication! Driveway was a bit intimidating at first, but with good communication all went great!

Property has all the amenities you need . Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. We enjoyed the lower back porch most of all with the smokless firepit ,dining area and plenty of seating. The only thing is not the best is the driveway is steep but we parked at the top by the road and we were towing a boat. Hope to stay again!

House is like brand new, everything is up to date and new appliances. Only fault would be steep driveway and not toddler friendly. If you bring a little one make sure to bring a baby gate and high chair! Perfect set up and each floor has its own bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property. Great amenities. Appreciate the little things like spices, shampoo/conditioner, and HOT TUB TOWELS. My son loved that there were stuffies to play with. Only complaint was that all the tables on the main floor are high top so it was a little difficult for our parents to play games with us at the table for long periods.

This property was very clean. Location was peaceful and quiet with fantastic outdoor spaces. The driveway is very steep and we were glad to have 4WD. However there is a parking spot at the road if needed and owner sent a bunch of information about parking prior to arrival. The only thing we did not love about this place was that two of the three bathrooms are located off bedrooms but do not have doors. But other than that, we absolutely loved this property and would definitely rent again if in the area. Host was excellent with communication.

House was immaculately clean! Comfortable beds. Our host provided coffee pods, cream, sugar, and spices! We really enjoyed the large hot tub. Many extra towels provided. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful, unfortunately due to NO fault of the owner we had to cut our trip short, the area lost power and was not going to be restored for some time. The owner was very compassionate of the situation. I will stay again in the future travels to this area!!

Love this property. Visited Mammoth Cave and stayed here for a long weekend. Kids had a blast with the hot tub after the cave hikes and parents enjoyed the amenities.
There aren't a lot of stores close and they don't provide many paper towels or trash bags, think about purchasing these on your way.

Our church group spent the night at the property. The place appeared to be very new and didn’t have any wear on it. The check in process was wonderfully easy. The house was well stocked and had plenty of everything that we could have possibly needed.
