About the Property.

After a complete renovation phase that lasted several years, where all of the original charm and architectural features were strictly maintained, the villa’s interiors have recently been meticulously upgraded to high standards.
Spreading over a surface of more than 4,300 square feet, with its 5 wonderfully decorated bedrooms (all air conditioned), two other bedrooms with two bathrooms are in the guest house next to the villa (10 meters).
Around the villa there are two unique whirlpools (one in the garden of the guest house, one on the west side of the villa). These, along with the infinity pool (14 x 5 , depth 1.40 meters), offer the ultimate accommodation for your dreamy Italian holiday!
The beach of Marina di Bibbona (12 minutes drive from the villa)offers sunbeds and umbrellas to sunbathe after a dip in the sea.
The beach has one of the best restaurants of the area: Ristorante La Pineta.
The Location.
The property is located at walking distance (0,25 miles) from the village of Bolgheri, with its delicious restaurants and its Castle, and has easy access (also for a one-day visit) to all of the area’s major cultural and artistic towns such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena.
There are many charming restaurants surrounding the area, in addition to a range of local delicacies (along the road you can find several daily fruit and vegetable markets).

The villa spreads over 2 floors, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that, with the cottage (2 bedrooms), and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. One bedroom and one bathroom for disabled people
