Very friendly and helpful host living next door. Lovely relaxing garden/terrace (garden is shared with hosts but with a partial screen offering privacy). Very comfortable sitting room. Convenient local ADEG for all groceries (3 minutes level walk). Very quiet and peaceful location while still being very close and convenient for village centre (4 mins level walk). Short drive to Kitzbuehel and main routes but away from the noise and bustle. Beautiful location, plenty of lovely hill walks right from the accommodation, or with short chairlift.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like. No cupboard or drawer storage space in bedroom, though there was a walk-in wardrobe off the hallway so this wasn't a problem; also a infrared room which we didn't need so used it to store suitcases..

Lovely apartment had everything we needed. Great location only a short walk to the bus stop. Owner was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.
