Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants but also away from a lot of the large crowds of people. A short walk or bike ride to beachy bean coffee (our favorite). The screened in porches were great in the early morning and at night time!
The only issue we had was that when we first arrived it stunk like stale cigarettes inside. We just left the doors open for a little bit to air it out. Also, no keurig coffee maker which was a bummer, they do have a regular coffee maker though.
