Served its purpose for a nights stay. Room was clean and staff was great.
When leaving, only one elevator was working in the whole hotel. Too many people trying to leave at the same time. Ended up having to use stairs.

The location was good but that parking lot was on such a slope made it a bit difficult for someone who has issues walking from many knee surgeries.
Nice having breakfast with your room but the same thing everyday and need to get there early to beat the big crowds of the "bus" people.
Our bed was ok but definitely time for an upgrade. It was nice having breakfast with your stay however it was the same breakfast everyday, by day 4 I could not eat the same thing again and we went out to eat. Our bathroom was quite cramped and our outlet was old and needed to be replaced because I would plug in the hair dryer and it would fall right out of the socket. The hotel wasn't bad but needs quite a bit of updating on their rooms. We had a corner room with Lots of windows that was nice and bright. Would not stay again when in Branson.
