Antonio is welcoming. He sent me a message soon after I booked the place. He provided me with clear information to get to the room. Botanical is a few minutes walk from the bus depot and train station. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It only takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the historic district. My room is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, clean and equipped with an eating area and a small fridge. Antonio has provided me with some breakfast, water, coffee and tea. There is a nice view from the windows. The bonus is that there is an elevator so I didn’t have to carry my heavy suitcase up to 4 floors! I will certainly stay there again when I am in Bologna.
Nothing to speak of.

The property was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view, and we were able to watch the sunset. It was close to everything. We had a great time there. Definitely worth it. The host was really nice as well.

"Stanza molto ampia e bagno con box doccia grande, il tutto ristrutturato di recente e perfettamente funzionante.
Antonio, il padrone di casa, si è dimostrato disponibile attento e premuroso."
