Perfect location close to a huge parking lot and still close to shops/restaurants. Quiet in the evenings. Nice and comfortable apartment with charm and all facilities. Two bathrooms which is great of you have two teenage daughters. Overall, perfect for our needs.
There is one level of steep and narrow stairs to get into the apartment, which was not a problem for us but potentially for older guests or anyone with disability.

Clean, modern, compact and simple enough to use as a base.
Good position above the old town lanes to be able to walk anywhere. Enough room for sleep and breakfast plus had washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Showers excellent. 1 ensuite, 1 lower floor.

Location was excellent - local plentiful parking, easy walking around Lagos central. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds, great showers. Great base for using the car to do superb coastal walks.
Seating on roof was ok but could have been more user friendly.
