Lots of basic extras already in the property. Bread, milk, coffee, tea, butter provided plus more. Very cosy feel to the property and great location to Totnes high street and local shops.

A beautiful cottage with a pretty garden . The location is ideal for Totnes and visiting South Devon. It was very clean , beautifully equipped and everything provided to ensure a comfortable holiday. The owners really have thought of everything . Thank you for the welcome pack .

Wonderful quaint cottage right in the centre of Totnes but in a quiet position with a lovely small garden to sit and eat. The cottage was spotless and had many unusual pieces of decor to keep us entertained. We could not have asked for anything better we had a great week there and seeing the Devon area.

Location very good - close to Totnes High Street and with parking, couldn't really be better. The cottage was well provided with all necessary facilities one would look for in a property like this and all of good quality. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in amongst all the properties we've stayed in over the past few years.

It was rather light in the bedroom and we would have appreciated curtains as well as/instead of the venetian blinds.
