Lovely big apartment in a big old building in a great central location. The apartment had lots of character and interesting furniture. The bed was very comfortable - memory foam mattress and pillows. The apartment was well equipped.
A dedicated air conditioning unit would have been nice in the mezzanine bedroom. It was incredibly hot in Florence when we visited and there was air conditioning downstairs and we had a fan on upstairs but it was still hot at night. However, I'm aware of the financial and environmental costs of air conditioning and would not hesitate to stay here again with it as it is.

Perfect location, right in the middle of all Florence has to offer! Hosts were lovely, very communicative and the loft is gorgeous. Very comfortable bed, quiet at night and clean facilities. Thank you for having us!
Issues with the washing machine, but it was hardly a trouble.
