Our party of 3 adults & 2 kids under 10 years old had a great time at Bella Mer. We enjoyed the well appointed house & surroundings. We had wonderful snorkeling experiences swimming towards Ten bay and in Kemp’s Creek. The water trampoline was a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed. The caretaker was fantastic with communication & accommodating us. We will be back.

Bella Mer is everything that's described and then some. The house has everything you need. It's immaculately clean (thank you Tennielle), the kitchen is fabulous if you plan on cooking, and Ten Bay beach is literally just around the bend. The road to the house is pretty bad as other reviews noted, but once you're there, you'll love the remoteness and privacy. The floating trampoline is nice for sunning or just grab a float from the porch and a cold beer and float around in the water. Don't hesitate to rent this house; you won't be disappointed.

We had a great experience on the property. It is well kept and had everything we needed. We would definitely return. Only recommendation is the road getting to the property needs immediate care.

We loved the house and location. True to previous reviews the road to the house is awful. But the house made it worth it. The only thing we would add is lounge chairs. Fabulous place to stay overall.
