The service from start to finish was excellent-efficient and on time taxi pick up from and to the airport, flexibility with an early morning arrival and help during the stay. It is a good location in Santiago Centro and felt a safe neighbourhood with local shops, cafes and restaurants. It was also a hotel with character with the old blends mg well with recent amenity upgrades such as the bathroom.

We arrived after midnight but the access code was provided and the room was ready - all good. The location is great with easy walking to cafes, restaurants and sights. The hotel is small and personal, and in a gated street. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The room facilities all function perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay.

Location was good, and the staff were helpful
We had the last room available which was the budget room - and it was indeed a budget room. We also had the breakfast which was only 6500CP - for most people it would be OK but if you know about nutrition it isn't OK, processed salami, cheese, and everything else full of sugar (jelly, grapes, jam, commercial orange juice, rice crispies)
