Bed was comfortable. Free laundry and they do it for you.
Cannot throw toliet papers into the bowl as it will get choked. Must throw into the bin.
Room was small and barely enough room to lay my bags out. Not enough hooks or shelves for clothes too.
I had corner room on level 1 so the network wasn't great. Cld not connect to their wifi too.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The service was truly tailor-made, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The customer service is genuinely outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, which made us feel really valued as guests.
The room itself was very comfortable, with fantastic beds and a well-equipped bathroom. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail, including spare toothbrushes and everything else you could possibly need during your stay.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and would definitely recommend it. A wonderful experience with exceptional hospitality!

We really loved staying at Aaliyah. The stand out were the lovely staff who helped us get sorted with various tech issues and generally just very kind. We were 3 travellers sharing a room was great whilst cosy the bonus was the courtyard. Location terrific. Highly recommend
