Collecting the keys on arrival was very easy. Pretty much the process for most of places where to stay in these days. The location is the best factor for this place. They finally accommodated to our earlier arrival and normal check in time. The historical component of the building where this apartment is located, it is very appreciated. Easy to access, highly recommended.

There were not floor towels for the bathroom, also no dish clothes to use at the kitchen. There was only one pair of towels for the entire 5 day we stayed, no spare ones. The shower drainage was clogged, so water was accumulating almost flooding. My husband actually managed to fix it by throwing hot boiled water and improved for the next days, however this should have not been an issue. The pillows were quite thin, the matraces not really comfortable. So, small details that could have added to the experience could have been improved.

Climbing up two flights. However we already knew as this was our second stay in the same apartment.
