Bathroom needs upgrading ,there was dust on skirting boards under the beds ,taps in laundry very hard to use may need new washers .Yard needs work on it weeds very tall .

Quiet area but close to facilities
Sofa very uncomfortable as were beds and pillows.
Outdoor air con a risk to tall people banging head.
Front door handle too close to the door frame and difficult to open.
Only 1 T-towel.
Shower needs an urgent Re-tiling.
Gardens were neglected - need a general tidy up, mowing so trip hazards can be seen.
Net curtains torn and need replacing.

The beds were very comfortable, the doona covering was a bit uncomfortable but I have sensitive skin so the seersucker material wasn't the best for me, but it was okay.
Kitchen was okay, table with chairs good.
We did really appreciate our stay here and would definitely book them again!
Fridge was a bit cold as our food frozen but didn't understand how to change the settings
Suggest you take microwave out of cupboard as it traps moisture
Need a jug so we can have cold water in the fridge, tap water tastes off (not sure if that's Geraldton water though)
Need Windows screens to keep flies out, couldn't open some windows and nor leave door open.
The couch is way too low to get up from

Location was good, very walkable to the centre of town.
Bathroom left a lot to be desired. No shower curtain, poor condition of paint, and tiles.
