The unit was fairly clean. The big screen TV in the living room was enormous. The Wi-Fi worked. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was comfortable. The unit was private and quite. I must say that the agents at Vacasa were VERY responsive. We definitely had a lot of issues with this property. So, I give the agents of the local and regional Vacasa an A++. I look forward to using Vacasa in the future.

We were not allowed to use the garage. This is the first time in 20 years of renting condos that we did not have indoor parking. The website did not state that parking in the garage was not allowed by the owner. When we booked the unit we even received a code for the garage door. Just before arriving we received an email stating that we had 2 parking places in the driveway. Overnight parking was not permitted by the HOA. The fine would be $200. Needless to say lugging our luggage, ski gear and groceries up the slippery driveway was not anticipated. If you don't mind shoveling snow off of the car and scrapping frost off of the car windows before going skiing then you won't mind staying here. We have stayed in other units that had a car parked to one side of the garage. Many owners store their equipment in overhead shelves to allow for parking of 2 cars. We were told NOT to bring skis into the house. There were ski racks outside on the porch. I was very hesitant to leave my expensive skis outside. So, we brought them into the house anyway. In all other units we could storethe skis in the garage to avoid soiling the unit. The door lock on the master bathroom would not open from the inside. My wife was trapped in the bathroom. Thankfully, I was home to open the lock with a butter knife. So, if you use this unit be sure to carry a butter knife into the master bathroom. The shrill beeping of the smoke alarm woke us up in the middle of the night....dead battery. It's hard to ruin a ski trip to Deer Valley/Park City. So, overall, we always enjoy this vacation. But with so many really nice units available in the area, with INDOOR parking, I would recommend staying at another location. As for us, we will not return to this property.
