Staff was helpful and friendly, I talked to Dareen , Hala & Mahmoud ; they were so nice and helpful.
Their hospitality was great
Clean and convenient with provided amenities.
I stayed there for 2 nights, for the purpose of attending concert in Aqaba wherein all of the hortels are either fully booked or had an logical prices.
This hotel was convenient for such case, but if I will go for vacation it wouldn’t be my choice as its not beach front.
The breakfast was not appealing
The lightening inside the room & in the toilet, its dark
The open shower style, which cause the water to splash through all the floor

the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff
Really all the staff especially Ms dareen
She was very cooperative with us; there was a mistake in the booking, and she resolved the issue very well.
Everything is fine except for the elevator card issue, because it's the same card that powers the electricity in the room.
