The owner of the apartment was very helpful and obliging. When I informed her that I could not open the key box she sent her husband to help me. He was also very helpful and carried my suitcase upstairs to the door of the apartement. The staircase leading there is very "difficult" - narrow and crooked.

I think the apartment is a bit overpriced. Though Paris prices are high this apartment would do better if there was no dust in some places that are not visible at first sight, it concerns also some plates and forks being dirty, if there was a toaster to use. It is quite natural that there is no daylight or pleasant view from the window - this building is old, and the apartment is on the 1st floor, the only window facing the inner yard. The apartment is in fact "tiny" but the main drawback is that the door to the staircase does not mute the sounds coming from the outside - voices, noises sound as if people passing your door were in the same apartment as you.

Very nice and functional studio that has everything a couple or solo traveler could need. Very quiet and just few steps from a well connected metro station, everything ran smooth with Marie I appreciate the clear instructions and flexibility I totally recommend
