This a cosy guesthouse. The gardens were dreamy. I Went on a rainy day, and I loved it there. My check-in was fast. Totally worth the price I paid.
I was traveling alone and still felt safe to be staying at the guest house.
No issues

The bed was relatively good
The shower and toilet needed care. Dripping g shower the whole night and flushing system of toilet out of order. The owner new about it but failed to repair.
No breakfast over weekends which was only communicated after booking was paid for. Although advertised as breakfast included.
