The property is in an excellent location — all the main shopping streets and restaurants are within walking distance, and the Petra Visitor Centre is just a 5-minute taxi ride away. The host was wonderful — very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They arranged breakfast for us and even got us some delicious shawarma. We also opted for a home-cooked dinner, which was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!
The only downside was the bathroom drainage — the water drained very slowly, causing it to accumulate and overflow outside the shower area. During our two-day stay, there was also a water supply issue on both night due to a leakage, and the host offered their own washroom (located opposite our room) for us to use. While we appreciated their help, it was still a bit inconvenient and disrupted our plans.

Owner was super nice. No other guests so I had the place to myself. He upgraded me to a slightly larger room. Free parking nearby. Shared bathrooms were clean, kitchen was clean, and the common room was tidy.
I didn't realize the rooms didn't have air conditioning but even as hot as it got in the afternoon, the room temperature was still acceptable. There is also a fan in the room.

"Struttura nuova e molto pulita. Host davvero molto disponibile e gentile.
Super consigliato!"
