Space of room, wonderful view over city from 51st floor, amazing
Missing sauna, hot tub, wellness part.
Missing water tank and towels in gym.
Both really necessary to get better rates.

Syamil is doing great work at the reception desk. He is kind yet professional to accommodate my request. Overall a good stay.
Gym facilities need to be upgraded, most of the machines are under maintenance, not much options left to use. One treadmill is too old, buttons not working, couldn’t even adjust anything.

This hotel is really fantastic. It exceeded our expectations. The room was quite big (technically an apartment). The furniture and decorations all modern style and very enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and gigantic enough that two adults and one child (9) could easily fit in, with some space still left between us.
The breakfast was very good. A bit of everything, traditional western, asian, with a selection of sweets and fruits. The location was great for us, 10-15min walking distance to Petronas towers. For anything else, Grab was perfect.
Finally, the pool. Absolute gem of this property. The view was, well, to die for. Day and night. And for those who read the reviews from previous people, yes, I was concerned that it would be very crowded. But no, daytime no crowd at all. One could swim laps and laps without any problem. The pool is quite long, L shaped, where one leg of that L was around 30m long. Excellent for lap swimming. Half of the pool was undercover, with mirrors on the ceiling, making it fun to watch while in the water, or making some amazing photos. Evening time was a different story. It was very crowded, more so outside the pool than inside. But for the night lights, it was worth making your way through the crowd.
Overall I felt very special to be there and enjoy the hotel.
To my liking, I wish the pool water was just a bit warmer. It was not cold, but when you stop swimming, it was getting cold. Everything esle was perfect.
