Management quick to respond and solve issues. Great location, layout of the rooms, comfy furniture, Jet tub was nice to relax, ease of access to things around town, and having full kitchen to cook were wonderful. We loved the fireplace, mattresses were all great, and having TVs in each room was handy at night for kids to enjoy different shows. I also appreciated the candles and travel essentials available.

One of the reasons we chose location was access to the gym. I contacted management, and they said the last person had the same issue. Looking into it further, she found out the HOA is working on stuff, so there is no access to the gym. There was an issue with shade not working in master bedroom, and the grill wasn't clean, plus falling apart. There were also no batteries in the remotes. Management did come out within the hour with batteries, fixed the shade by getting it back on the tracking system, cleaned the grill, and notified the owner. The owner then replaced the grill that week and compensated a little for us, being there for hours to switch grills out. The master bed sits too tall. Using a platform foundation or 3" foundation would be much better. I'm 5'5" and struggled to get in. My kids laughed at my climb and roll.
