The hotel is clean and staff are really kind. The location is great . The welcome was great. They kept the luggage as we have arrived early to the hotel. They even helped us to bring our luggage up to the room as my parents had back surgery and grand mother had knee surgery.
The hotel does not have elevator and stairs are not easy to go up and down with luggage. I would recommend to hotel to put some photo of stairs that people can realize it during booking.

Остались очень довольны апартаментами! Всё было чисто, уютно и комфортно, персонал приятный, а сама атмосфера отлично подходит для отдыха.
Отдельно хочется отметить отличное соотношение цены, качества и прекрасную локацию - апартаменты находятся в самом центре города, что особенно удобно для туристов. Всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха находится рядом.
В целом всё супер, отдыхом остались очень довольны. Однозначно рекомендуем!

Location is great, as with a few minutes walk to Republic Square. But it’s situated inside some old apartments area and I have to walk out to the main road to get a cab.
Bed is not comfortable. Room is too small. No elevator as I have a 30kg suitcase, and no one help me to carry up the floor.
