Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate although I don't think there is central air conditioning (not that we needed it in October). The house was clean and in perfect condition upon arrival. The rental agent (Louise R.) was extremely easy to work. I would recommend this property for a fabulous Maine getaway. Easy access to many hiking trails and restaurants along with other activities. We did visit the Fryeberg Fair and also took the the ski lift up the mountain at Sunday River and hiked back down one of the many trails. Close proximity to both Bethel and Norway/South Paris offers many options for dining.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brand new, well appointed, great views. Outdoor hot tub is great, downstairs was perfect for our 16 yr old daughter and her 3 friends - they had the whole floor to themselves. It's a 25 min drive to Sunday River but that's the trade off for such a nice house. Was a little concerned at first when we read the owner's note saying "no gatherings!", and the fact that there is a "camera" on property (turns out it's a door bell camera), but it was no big deal. The downstairs TV somehow logged out of Hulu and it was a pain to have to create our own account and sign up for service (and then cancel it a day later) to watch the football games. The owners should leave the login info into their accounts for those situations. Those were minor issues and we really enjoyed the privacy and seclusion and open space. Great spot!
