I can not fault the property it is beautiful also the location, but a few issues regarding things in not working order,i was only informed the morning of departure that washing mashine was not working and that maintenance woukd be coming that day 24th April, how ever no one came to fix it,we had family coming from Bournemouth and other far places to which we hadnt seen in a number of years due to severe illness, so like i had told family before they came i could get clothing washed and dried before there long travelling home, also the coffee machine in pool area was out of use which i had wanted to be in use for my elderly parents as the room they stayed in was at that end of house, also the lock in changing rooms became to hard to unlock but thankfully i had my phone to call relative to help unlock it,the grill was unclean also frying pan so therefore we didnt use it..i feel sad having to write this but when you are paying alot of money you dont expect things not to be working.
