New boutique hotel exceptionally clean and comfortable great staff attitude and very warm ambient. The attentions for details you'll find is same as the one you are expecting for an european 5 star hotel. Definitely something that is not easy to find in India. Food is also great and view from roof top (11 floor) restaurant in evening is unique. This hotel is like an island where you can rest and regenerate after a busy and noisy Indian day

Rarely does a property check out all the boxes in terms of value for money, service level, staff and location. Parallel hotel did it all without a doubt.

Restaurant food prices can be more competitive.

Super comfortable bed, sensor controlled lights. Bathroom extra clean and full of amenities. Breakfast is top, options include international and indian food and fruits are fresh and top quality.

It was extremely clean. Probably it was new, that’s why.

It is a pure vegetarian hotel. They should mention it before, so we know if we should book or not. Also, having a vegetarian restaurant is alright, but not allowing non vegetarian food from outside is a bit too much

The staff was extremely sweet and helpful also the location was prime. Food was fabulous Beds could be a bit more comfortable

They should have added one swimming pool, this could be game changer for the hotel

The hotel is beautiful. New, very modern and impeccably clean. The rooms are very comfortable. Nice comfortable bed and nice shower. The breakfast is good and the service is exceptional. It has a really nice restaurant with rooftop view. Really great hotel and good location.

Value for money as the hotel is having excellent location and is very neat and clean. Good selection of food in the 2 restaurants that were in the hotel. Courteous staff.

Live singing on the rooftop restaurant was too loud. Water was dripping on one of the guests and despite reporting it, no action was taken. Rooms lacked cupboards.

New hotel. Super clean room. Helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Pure Vegetarian Hotel. Great views from resto of Fatehsagar lake and beautiful aravali. Checkin and checkin out was smooth. It has a Starbucks on ground floor.

Compact bathrooms. All toiletries placed underneath the washbasin pipe. Shower was most pathetic, speed was too high. No breakfast buffet spread available being rated 5 star. No shoe cleaner and shine. Bathroom has pre fixed soap, shampoo dispenser.

An absolutely excellent hotel.Wonderful staff especially Ajay at reception and Shivendra who seemed to be everywhere to help us.The gym is amazing with state of the art equipment.Breakfast was top class.I didn’t want to leave .

It was pleasant stay with parallel hotel very comfortable and memorable stay with parallel family beautiful surprise cake on my partner birthday and beautiful location and rooms and very courteous staff specially front desk ms Shivani is very friendly and helpful must recommended hotel I suggest if you are travelling Udaipur must try parallel hotel for lovely and memorable experience.
