The location to the town centre and the comfortable bed.
The sofa was uncomfortable.
The parking situation was a little unclear…

Nice little place. Well stocked with supplies. Live in the area but stayed with a guest who can’t come to my home. Would stay again.
Light cosmetic damage and could do with a dust. Microwave needs replacing as timer broken. Having to call and wait on hold for 45 minutes to ask for a text with the code was kinda silly.

Location was spot on. Accommodation was spotless and modern.
Nothing.

The bed was nice and comfortable.
The sofa was uncomfortable and small; the toilet on a different floor to the bedroom was difficult but I should have read the instructions more carefully.
