Great location for us with a train mad husband and grandson opposite the train line and train station. The views across the estuary were fabulous and changed daily depending on tide, weather, etc. Beautifully presented and the most comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a lovely welcome pack. Although there is no private parking, we easily found parking on the street outside and used the train to get about. Close to shops and restaurants.

People with mobility issues need to be aware this is a 1st floor property. There are also steps down into the ensuite, although there is another WC/shower room that we used instead. Access to keys around the back was a bit awkward, lock box not easy to open with poor lighting. Being expected to empty bins on exit, never been asked to do this before. Have enough to do with packing, tidying and leaving on time.

Station Approach is very comfortable apartment. Very clean with modern furnishings and well equipped. The view is amazing over the estuary and towards Conwy castle . Very convenient location .

We have completely fallen in love with this place! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and it made our trip incredibly memorable. The house is perfectly located within an easy walking distance to the famous Conwy Castle and its charming town centre. Its just a minute away from the train station and the bus stop. Having a private parking spot right outside the main gate added so much convenience. The highlight of the stay was the breathtaking, clear, no-barrier no-obstruction view of the Conwy Estuary along the River Conwy and the serene marina. Sitting right across the road, it can be admired directly from the dining table while you enjoy your meals. Out of all the accommodations we have ever stayed at, this property offered the most amazing, comfortable bed I've ever had. The perfect softness of the mattress, the fluffiness of the duvet, and the gentle pillows provided a truly wonderful night's sleep. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with classic items, like a set of binoculars to enjoy the scenery. We were also thrilled to find a lovely welcome treat of fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us on the table...what more can we ask for! The kitchen is incredibly bright, spacious, and fully equipped with a generous supply of basic utensils, making it very easy to cook simple meals. Communication with the host was very simple and covenient, and the check-in process was entirely seamless. We are absolutely in love with this property and would certainly consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so very much for making our visit so magical and enchanting!
