My husband grew up in Ceres so the location was fantastic for us - we took a nice walk around the village on up the moor. Full disclosure - we stayed here in a small hotel room decades ok and it's much nicer now. Anyway, the James Wilson Suite was a fantastic living space - large, beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was spacious and the bedrooms each had a lovely en-suite. It was excellent choice for the four of us.
If the suite had a few more of the basics, it would have been perfect. There was no coffee, no tea towels or paper towels. There was a scrub brush for dishes but no sponge so it was hard to wipe the counters. Our bathroom had no hand soap. There was no presence from our hosts; we never saw a soul during our stay but that was not really a problem for us. I messaged to tell them there were wet towels on our landing and they disappeared, so that was good. Beds were also a little hard. In summary, the shortage of a few items would not keep us from staying here. In other words, we would recommend.

Great apartment with everything you need, 2 en-suite bathrooms so you can come as 2 couples and have your own! There is all you need to cook and you are very close to St Andrews to go and visit...

Lovely spacious apartment with all required amenities. Restaurant and bar on site. Parking available
Hot water was not working at the property.

Property is in a nice area, with plenty of local walks. Bed was a good size, good black out curtains. Was nice to have a separate sitting area.
Access to the property was left to the last minute. I messaged a week before, called in the morning, and had to call again when we got to the property. A message had been sent via this app, about 10 minutes before booking in, but the area has poor reception, so didn’t receive the message until after I had to call again. This could be managed with better communication.
There was no remote for the tv, in the apartment, that we could find, and no response to message sent.

"Alloggio in zona tranquilla. Vicino al centro città. Ottimo per la disponibilità del parcheggio. Pulito con letti comodi. Ottimo per qualità/ prezzo"
